The HMA String Orchestra

The HMA String Orchestra is open to students ages 7-17. With a multi-level approach, all students ranging from beginners to intermediate level are welcome to join. Repertoire is multi-level so that each student has an appropriate part that is comfortable to play, but also challenging enough to be engaging. Students also participate in quartets to study additional repertoire. Students will perform in our end of the semester recital and have a recording session in our studio as well.

Sign-ups are open for Spring 2026! Spring orchestra starts Tuesday, January 6th. Orchestra meets every Tuesday from 4:30-6:20pm. Register here

Tuition for spring semester is $320. This includes the $20 registration fee (due in January) and tuition can be broken up into payments of $60 per month (due in January, February, March, April, and May).

Happy Holidays discount - pay in full by Tuesday, January 6th and tuition will be $220 for the semester. (This includes the registration fee).

We need cellos and violas! Violins are also welcome! Registration closes January 30th. Looking forward to a wonderful semester!
